VIVIDUS HOSPITAL I hope this message finds you well. I recently had an experience with your hospital when my father was admitted due to vitamin deficiency. Overall, I found the hospital to be exceptionally clean and tidy, which is commendable. However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of concerns. Firstly, there were instances where the cleaning staff (housekeeping) was not readily available near the ward. It would be beneficial to ensure constant coverage so that requests can be promptly addressed, even when one staff member is occupied with other tasks. Additionally, I observed that some nursing staff members exhibited a rather rude tone. It would greatly improve the overall experience if the nursing staff could maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, fostering a more positive and responsive environment. I understand that it's important not to generalize, and I refrain from mentioning specific names, as I believe it's unfair to hold everyone accountable for the actions of a few individuals. I trust that you will consider these points and take appropriate measures to enhance the overall patient experience at your hospital. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Thanks.

We admitted my wife for maternity delivery and she went through C-section operation. Hospital is clean and well maintained, staff behavior is nice and very well supportive, management is taking care in providing all necessary facilities. Doctors Gynecology and pediatrician are excellent in treating and in explaining every small doubt. Management gifted a photo with a frame of my family with new born baby and surprise cake cutting with all supporting staff and nurses. Smooth ane easy entry and exit process. Overally, satisfied.

One of the best in best Hospital in and around Yeshwantpur and Mathikere Dr.Srihari pediatrician. Dr.Srihari US internal medicine, and Diabetologist. Dr.Gowtham General Physician. Dr.Nayan general surgery. Dr.Lalitha KV and Dr.Shashikala and Dr.Rohini Obstetrics and gynecologist ICU,NICU,PICU, Dialysis. All speciality and super speciality Doctors available.

We are still in the hospital very well trained and mannered staff and also very clean and hygiene hospital. Cleaning staff is also very polite and helpful. As my father has gone through surgery Excellent hospital service with all the speciality and specialist doctors and a positive wibe to recover soon from the illness I surely recommend to others, our family and friends and in surroundings

I visited Vividus Hospital to undergo Onco-Surgery(mastectomy) for my Mother(Sulochana). This hospital is very nicely maintained with good hygiene and the ambience is great. We stayed in a private room, it was neat and the staff clean the rooms often and keep it clean, I liked the bathroom the most, very hygienic and clean, which i think matters a lot. The staff, nurse and management were all very courteous, helpful and polite. Anitha from admin helped a lot with the entire hospital process and made sure all went smooth. We consulted Dr. Manjunath Sastry. He has very vast experience in General and Onco Surgery, his diagnosis and recommendations were commendable, he was polite and answers to all questions. Post-Surgery my mother recovered well the very next day with minimal pain. Overall, the hospital experience was pleasant with quality service and competitive pricing. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank You.

I was admitted 27th of August vividus hospital because of dengue the hospital is very good and well maintained but the management staff is not professionals there is some Language problem with them actually my wife don't know local language when she try to communication them with Hindi they all are laugh to her and she feel very unbearable. Dr.Srihari U S , Dr.Gowtham S G and the nursing staff of the hospital is very good both side of ICU & general ward they are taking care very well. This Hospital insurance staff is very help full Mr.Ahmed, Ms Anitha .A big thank you to Mr.Ahmed he is very nice person he is help me lot .I will suggests whom ever going to admit through insurance take help from him.
